Doggy Tug Instructions
Always
monitor your pets playing, exercise and toy durability. Doggy Tugs are available
in a wide variety of styles and sizes. Please choose the correct fit for
your pet.
Doggy Tug Products are for interactive play between two
pets or a pet and an adult. If the tug consists of a handle, that is for
interactive play with a person. The handle is not for chewing and
is not the end for your pup to be tugging on. Tug toys are made
for tugging, not for constant chewing. These are not
chew toys.
DO NOT place the tug around the animals head, legs or any other body part.
The solid terry tug is GREAT for teething! We even recommend that you wet them and then put them in the freezer prior to giving them to your new addition. The cold on their gums relieves discomfort and creates a numbing effect.
The
"Floatie" Tug is not for interactive tugging. It is for
water fetch and should not be used as a tug toy. The handle
adds the ability to throw it farther and retrieve it much easier. It is
made of material not suitable for constant chewing or
interactive tugging.
Periodically,
the tugs will fray, simply snip the loose pieces from the tug and if dirty,
throw it in the wash. Any oils and dirt will be removed and make the toy
just as durable as it was when it was purchased. The core is the strongest
part of the tugs. The accessories are non-toxic and depending on the use,
will last a long time!
Always watch to make sure the accessories are still intact and in proper
condition prior to giving them to your pet.
